Plot Summary
After the fragile peace among the underwater kingdoms is shattered, Aquaman faces his greatest threat yet. A mysterious force from the ocean’s deepest trench—Abyssalum—has awakened. Its queen, Nereida, wielding ancient sea magic, aims to reclaim the surface world and unite the Seven Seas under her iron rule.
While Black Manta returns stronger and deadlier than ever, forging an unholy alliance with Nereida, Aquaman must turn to his brother Orm for help. Forced into a dangerous pact with his former enemy, Arthur must lead a fractured alliance of sea nations—Atlanteans, Xebellians, Brine, and more—into an all-out war that will determine the fate of both land and sea.
As old legends rise and loyalties are tested, Aquaman must confront not only ancient enemies, but the prophecy of his own downfall.
